meat dish (fifth presentapion)

     Hello everyone. I'mHonoka Kohama. Today I would like to introduce my favorite meat dishes and recommended restaurants.    The first one I would like to introduce is the red beef bowl. It is Akaushidon  in Japanese. Have you ever eaten it?   My recommended restaurant is Imakin Shokudo.     This shop is located in Aso, Kumamoto.     It is a very popular shop and is crowded with many customers not only on weekends but also on weekdays.     I have been to Imakin Shokudo twice before..     I waited up to three and a half hours.     A lot of Aso red beef, soft-boiled egg, and miso are on top of the rice.     It's very delicious, so please try it when you go to Aso.   Next, I would like to introduce Kushiage.  My recommended shop is Kushiya Monogatari.  This shop is located in AEON MALL Kumamoto.  you can take your favorite ingredients and fry them yo...

New Year Food 【Forth Presentation】

  ●Tsuyoshi Horikawa  He introduced about rice cake. I learned almost peaple eat taro in ozoni in the past because rice cake is very rich food. I knew that they eat sqare rice cake in ozoni in the Kanto resion and eat round rice cake in ozoni in the Kansai resion. ●Fuka Inomoto She introduced about rice cake. She ate rice cake with her family every year. I knew that there are various arrangement recipis for rice cake. For example, nori and cheese , suger soy souse and kinako etc. ●Kyoka Unoki She introduced about ozoni. I knew that ozoni was made by local food. Iwate's zoni used Kurumi and Ikura.Hiroshima's zoni used oister. I felt these were very delicious of all ozoni. Especioly, I wanted to eat Nara's zoni. It was made by rice cake and kinako. ●Maharo Sugimoto She introduced about rice cake recipie. I felt these were very delisious of all recipis. My Local Food Third - Presentation

 ・Natsuki Kurose She is from Kagoshima. She introduced about Gane, Satsumaage, Kagoshima- ramen,and Kurobuta. I knew the word of gane for the first time when I listen her speech. I'm interested in dish of Kurobuta so if I go to Kagoshima I will eat it. ・Maho Hikida   She is from Shizuoka. I learned Hamamatu-gyoza and Shizuoka-oden are local food of Shizuoka. I was supprised because I knew that Shizuoka oden was black. I learned soup stock of Shizuoka oden was made by soy-sauce so oden was black. I want to eat it if I go to Shizuoka. ・Natsuki Noguchi  She is from Oita. I knew Toriten is the local food of Oita. It looked delicious to eat with kabosu and ponzu. She introduced about her favorite restaurant of Oita local food so if I go to Oita I will visit there.  ・Maki yoshihara  She is from Nagasaki. 【Nabe】Second presentation

  ●Tuyoshi Horikawa   I learned for the first time that hot pots started to be eaten from the Jomon and Yayoi period. I found hot pot is one of the very nutritious dish so I want to eat a lot of hot pots  in this winter. ●Noa Takuma I learned that Kiritanpo hot pot is a traditional food of Akita prefecture. It was interesting to enjoy it as a dessert  with sugar and miso. ●Maharo Sugimoto I was able to know the typical hot pots of many prefecture and there were looked like very delicious. Especially, I was interested in Motunabe of Fukuoka prefecture. ●Arisa Hayashi  I was able to understand more Imoni better than before.   Hello, My name is Honoka Kohama. I am 19 years old attending Prefectural University of Kumamoto. I'm from Kumamoto and I'm living with my family now. I hope this self-introduction will let you know more about me so I will tell you about my hobby and my favorite word. My hobby is to go shopping alone with my car. Of course, it's fun to go shopping with my friends, but it's also very fun to go shopping alone. Especially I like to look around clothes shop very much. Recently, I bought  a blue sweatshirt. My motto is positive thinking. This word was taught by my mother. I can also motivate myself by living with positive thinking. I live my daily life with this motto in mind.
